Her advisory work is grounded in hands-on experience managing renewable and nuclear power plant projects across North America and Europe.

Active in industry associations, she serves on several boards and coalitions advancing cross-sector collaboration across industries and regions, with a focus on advocacy, education, and regional competitiveness. She has helped organizations identify and secure funding through grants, partnerships, and fundraising, produced large-scale industry conferences and events, and led nonprofit organizations. A featured speaker at national and international conferences on ports, freight, sustainability, and economic development.

Through Cleantech Open and PortTech LA, she has advised innovators in technology commercialization, rebranding, and market positioning, and co-founded Braid Theory, Inc.

Her first book, Chasing Zero, tells the story of how the LA–Long Beach ports became the world’s cleanest, and what it cost, required, and revealed about the future of supply chains, innovation, and the workforce that powers it all. The book pulls back the curtain on the inner workings of the goods movement industry.
