3cotech.com (the “Site”) is operated by 3COTECH, Inc. (“3COTECH,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.
We don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising or third-party tracking. The Site sets no cookies. We collect your details only when you contact us through the form.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our server automatically records each request: your IP address, the page or file requested, the date and time, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. These are standard access logs used for security and to understand overall traffic.
Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we store what you submit — your name, email, organization (optional), and message — so we can respond.
We do not knowingly collect information from children; the Site is intended for professional and business use.
The Site does not set any cookies — there is no login, advertising, or cross-site tracking, so there is no consent banner to click through. We do not run analytics scripts or third-party trackers in your browser. Our host processes our server access logs with a built-in, cookieless log analyzer (AWStats) to give us aggregate traffic statistics; this runs on the server and sends nothing to a third-party analytics company.
InMotion Hosting hosts the Site and its server logs, and delivers the email that a contact-form submission generates to us — your message and email address pass through their mail servers so we receive it. We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Server logs are rotated by our host and retained for a limited period. Contact messages are kept while we handle your request and for reasonable follow-up, then removed.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just contact us. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to a copy of your data, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a data-protection authority. We'll honor valid requests and won't discriminate against you for making one. Because we don't sell personal information, there is no “sale” for you to opt out of.
The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Our server is located in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed there.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the Site.
These Terms are an agreement between you and 3COTECH, Inc. about your use of 3cotech.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is an informational website about 3COTECH's strategic advisory work across sustainable transportation, clean energy, ports, and public infrastructure. It is provided for general information.
The information and opinions on the Site are provided for general reference on an “as is” basis. Nothing on this Site is legal, regulatory, engineering, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for personal, legal, or financial decisions. Consult an appropriate professional for advice tailored to your situation. Any advisory services 3COTECH provides are offered only under a separate written agreement.
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete, or current, and we make no endorsements, sponsorships, or recommendations regarding any entities named on or linked from the Site. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms.
Please use the Site lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the content; attempt to break security or disrupt the Site; or upload anything unlawful or harmful, or misrepresent who you are.
The Site — including its text, design, branding, the “3COTECH” name and logo, and its content — is owned by 3COTECH, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the 3COTECH name, logos, or brand features. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of the Site's content without our prior written permission is prohibited. Material from Chasing Zero remains the property of its author. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us a message or suggestion (for example, through the contact form), you grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to operate and improve the Site. Please don't send us confidential information you don't want us to use for those purposes.
We aim to keep the Site available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these Terms; significant changes will be noted on the Site with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3COTECH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in California courts, to the extent the law allows.
